Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online messaging platforms
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and general support
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer-service orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace




- Experience with CRM systems is an asset
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; full training is provided
- Previous insurance or financial experience is preferred but not required; full training is provided.
