THE ROLE The Training and Project Support Coordinator will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures for the National PSP Training Centre, as well as assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, as required and creation and maintain contact lists.
The Training and Project Support Coordinator will ensure efficient information flow between National PSP Training Centre staff, as well as coordinate logistics support for National PSP Training Centre courses. College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field, AND some years of experience in administration or related field A demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. This includes but is not limited to demonstrated military education, training or experience In project management In developing and implementing administrative and office procedures In applying policies, procedures,
regulations and applicable legislation In data entry, data manipulation, record-keeping, and retrieval techniques In drafting correspondence and reports In coordinating travel arrangements and travel claim procedures In marketing and communicating training programs LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS English Essential.
