Greystar is seeking a Floating Community Manager to oversee multiple multifamily communities, ensuring operational excellence, solid resident experiences, and financial performance. You will travel between sites, lead on-site teams, and coordinate with regional leadership to address transitions, acquisitions, and special projects.

You will manage leasing activity, budgets, and compliance, while maintaining high service standards and community safety.
