Requirements & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the trucking and transportation industry is required.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of truck dispatching, load planning, and driver coordination.
- Experience communicating and negotiating with brokers, customers, and shippers.
- Ability to communicate professionally and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
- Must be cooperative, professional, and able to work well with drivers, customers, and management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, organize schedules, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of load boards, trucking software, and transportation paperwork is an asset.
- Must be reliable,



detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and dispatch trucks efficiently.
- Communicate with drivers throughout their trips and provide necessary updates.
- Find and book loads while negotiating rates with brokers.
- Maintain communication with customers, brokers, and drivers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Handle dispatch-related paperwork and update records

Pay: $21.00-$32.30 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
