Join our dynamic team as a Class 1 Truck Driver and take charge of delivering freight efficiently and safely across various routes. Responsibilities

- Safely operate Class 1 commercial trucks to transport freight over long and short distances, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load security
- Load and unload freight using forklift or other heavy equipment when necessary, ensuring proper handling and placement of cargo
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly




- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to ensure vehicle reliability during trips
- Operate heavy equipment safely when required for loading or unloading freight

Experience

- Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with freight transportation or long-haul routes
- Skilled in forklift operation and capable of handling heavy equipment safely
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols for heavy equipment operation
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on trucks and related equipment
- Robust communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients
