About Us

We are a growing food manufacturing facility dedicated to producing high-quality granola products. We take pride in our craft, our food safety standards, and our supportive team environment. We are currently looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Baker & Production Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Batch Preparation: Accurately weigh, measure, mix, and blend ingredients following established recipes.
- Bake Operations: Bake and shake granola, setting oven temperatures and monitoring or modifying them as needed to ensure consistent quality.
- Packaging & Maintenance: Package finished products using manual methods or machinery; perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment.
- Inventory Management: Prepare and maintain ingredient and packaging inventory levels.
- Sanitation & Safety: Clean, wash, and sanitize workstations, equipment, and production areas to maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of baking and food handling.
- Strong team player dedicated to working collaboratively toward common goals.




- Previous experience as a Baker or Baking Assistant is considered an asset.
- Familiarity or understanding of HACCP principles is a plus.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs for short periods (e.g., moving racks to trolleys).
- Highly punctual, reliable, and dependable work ethic.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (valid work authorization required; student visas with restrictions are not eligible for this schedule/role).
- Available to start immediately (ASAP).
