Job Title: Van Driver & Coordinator (Monday to Friday)

Summary

We are looking for a driver that owns a minivan with 6-7 seats that can be our lead driver to help coordinate and transport our valet drivers around the city of Montreal. We will have 3-6 driver that you will coordinate where and when to drop off and pickup from locations where we are delivering brand new vehicles to dealerships. The 3-6 drivers you are transporting around will be driving brand new vehicles from a rail yard to dealerships.

There will be 15 vehicles per day we need to coordinate and plan for at the beginning, but then up to 30-50 vehicles per day within a few weeks or months after starting.



Your job is to help plan this as efficiently as possible each morning or evening, and then execute the plan by driving the drivers around to where they need to be.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for planning and communicating with the 3-6 drivers to ensure all vehicles are delivered on time
- Managing active delivery agents, and ensuring that adhere to our values and expectations
- Make sure drivers are following the rules and protocols
- Be reliable
- Ensure you are on-time at the beginning of each work day
- Driver respectfully and follow all driving laws
- Respond promptly to communication between team members
- Be respectful to team members, customers and all vehicles

Requirements

- Driver's license
- High school graduate
- Some post-secondary education
- Must speak english proficiently
- Strong problem solver, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient with understanding mobile apps
- Be able to follow instructions
- Recent criminal Background check

This is a contractor job, not employee position. This will start on Oct 19, 2026.
