Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Versatile Handyman / Residential Repair Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks within residential settings. You will take on diverse projects, from small repairs to complex installations, providing exceptional service to our clients while demonstrating leadership and technical proficiency. Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, welding, and general handyman services.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical knowledge to identify effective solutions.
- Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure all residential systems operate smoothly and safely.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track repairs, and schedule preventative maintenance.
- Supervise or assist with small team projects when needed, demonstrating leadership and customer service skills.




- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to accurately execute repairs or installations.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience in residential repair, facilities maintenance, or related fields with a strong mechanical background.
- Supervising experience or leadership skills that enable effective team coordination.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus but not required; familiarity with electrical systems is essential.
- Experience working with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Skilled in welding techniques and electrical troubleshooting with the ability to read schematics accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with explicit communication in English; ability to explain technical issues simply.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced residential environments.
