Veterinary Assistant, Receptionist Location: Calgary, AB Tuscany Veterinary Hospital is currently recruiting for a customer service-focused Veterinary Assistant, Receptionist to join our team. This full-time opportunity includes a range of responsibilities which directly contribute to the efficient and effective daily operation of the hospital. Assisting veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments when required Ability to answer a multiline phone system and track and book appointments effectively clients, referring veterinarians & internal office messages Invoicing/billing; Comfortable learning all about pet nutrition and wellness, and helping clients find the right diet for their pet.

Excellent customer service skills; General housekeeping duties; cleanliness of reception area, pet holding areas and common areas Willingness to learn more regarding veterinary services, updated medical office procedures and assisting the Veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments RRSP Employer Group Match Program (5%) to help you save for the future.
