For more information about our school district, visit SECONDARY VICE-PRINCIPAL In this pivotal secondary leadership position, you and your principal will spearhead sustainable initiatives that improve student achievements and enhance a safe and caring school culture through you work to implement the District's Education Plan.
You will work with school staff to acknowledge and attend to the different backgrounds and experiences of those within your school community.
Most importantly, based on research and best practices, you will foster an environment of instructional excellence, where staff thrive in helping students reach their full potential. As a champion of equity and inclusion, you will help manage student conduct and draw parents/guardians into the school community. Along with having completed, or working towards, a Master's degree in a related field, you hold a valid B.Professional Teaching Certificate, have successful performance evaluations, and a positive employment record free of discipline and regular attendance.
You have a agile portfolio of experiences, which you have gained through working in a variety of schools, communities, and roles. This has not only contributed to your understanding and appreciation for diversity but is exemplified in your daily practice.
