Legal Aid Ontario seeks an Institutional Duty Counsel to provide services to clients at the Toronto East Detention Centre and surrounding locations. You will work with duty counsel to ensure meaningful remote court appearances and virtual services for TEDC and Toronto Courts.
Home Location: Toronto East Detention Centre. Secondary locations include multiple detention sites. You will report to the Manager, Legal Services and collaborate with stakeholders to improve access to justice.
