- Manage inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, merchandising displays, and stock replenishment to maximize sales potential
- Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering duties to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote health products, including in-store promotions and community outreach efforts
- Conduct regular store audits, organize product placement, and monitor sales performance to meet or exceed targets




- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills while resolving issues promptly

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in retail sales or store management within health, beauty, or personal care sectors
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising, pricing, and inventory control
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
- Proficiency in POS systems, bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of retail marketing strategies, sales management techniques, and customer service best practices
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Effective communication skills coupled with time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently
