Seeking: Volunteer Social Media Rep

ABOUT US

CWHEN is a non profit whose mission is to host conferences for healthcare professionals to break down stereotypes and dispel misinformation about women’s health.

Our goal is also to create an accessible library about women’s health, with videos, peer-reviewed information and self-advocacy resources.

WHY YOU WOULD JOIN US

- You are passionate about feminism and gender equity
- You care about the healthcare of women and girls
- You believe the current healthcare system needs to change
- You want to help women across Canada understand their own bodies and help give them a voice to advocate for themselves

THE PROSPECT We are seeking motivated, passionate individuals to join our Social Media Committee. It will give you an opportunity to give back and be part of a movement to advance women’s healthcare, here in Canada.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social media volunteers will be asked to:
- Follow us on our social media platforms & invite others to follow us
- Like and comment on our social media and repost (optional)
- Introduce us to their networks and social media following
- Share ideas to help us improve visibility on social media

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Passion and interest in the cause
- People who are comfortable using social media and digital platforms
- Able to work autonomously and comfortable communicating ideas
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (French fluency is an asset)
