Volunteer Engagement, Program and Data Coordinator

We’re looking for an organized, people-focused professional to join our team as Volunteer Engagement, Program and Data Coordinator. In this hybrid role, you’ll connect volunteers with meaningful opportunities, keep programs running smoothly and turn reliable data into useful insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Keep volunteer records accurate and up to date
- Recruit, welcome and support volunteers throughout their involvement
- Coordinate program logistics, from scheduling to venue bookings
- Create routine and ad hoc reports that inform programs, volunteer engagement, fundraising and organizational planning

What You Bring
- Three years of post-secondary education in a relevant field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience maintaining databases, ensuring accurate records, producing reports and providing routine user support
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to support volunteers and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
- Understanding of gender-based violence, mental health, addiction, poverty, homelessness,



and refugee and immigration issues
- A valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Fluency in English; French-English bilingualism or other language skills are an asset

Working Conditions
- The role requires the ability to climb stairs and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lb (11.34 kg)

Compensation Hourly wage of $34, plus medical, dental and vision care benefits and a pension plan.
