BDO Canada LLP seeks a Vice President (Manager), M&A; and Capital Markets to lead advisory engagements across sell-side, buy-side and capital raises. You will develop client relationships, deliver market and financial analyses, and identify targets and investors while mentoring junior staff and driving growth in a dynamic, team-oriented advisory team.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance/Accounting with CPA, CFA or CBV, 4–5 years of relevant experience and at least 2 in capital
