VP of Capital Markets & Structured Finance | 1Legion | Remote (Europe or North America) with travel | Reports to the CFO, working directly with the CEO on every raise The role

You will build and run the financing engine behind 1Legion's growth. Every GPU cluster we deploy is backed by a long-term customer contract and funded through a mix of equipment finance, structured debt and capital partnerships. You will structure and close those facilities, run the lender and investor processes, and design the financing structures that let us say yes to the next contract.

What you will do

- Structure and close GPU-backed debt: equipment leases, delayed-draw term loans, asset-backed facilities and vendor financing
- Structure SPVs and capital partnerships with investors who fund hardware against contracted revenue
- Own the lender model: covenants, residual value, cash flows per deployment, and the scenarios lenders ask for
- Run diligence processes end to end from the issuer side: data rooms, term sheet negotiation, documentation with counsel, closing
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders, infrastructure funds and capital partners in North America and Europe




- Support the equity raise and public-market readiness work alongside the CFO and CEO
- Match financing structures to take-or-pay contract terms so that delivery, billing and debt service line up

What we are looking for
- 8+ years in structured finance, project finance, infrastructure debt, leveraged finance or corporate development at an infrastructure company
- You have closed asset-backed or project financings, ideally in data centres, GPU compute, telecom or energy infrastructure
- Solid modelling: you have built lender-grade models that were used to close transactions
- You have run a financing process from the issuer side, not only advised on one
- You understand how lenders underwrite contracted revenue and residual value on hardware
- You work comfortably across US, Canadian and European capital markets

Nice to have
- Experience in the finance team of a GPU cloud or neocloud
- Public listing or public-company finance experience
- Vendor financing with NVIDIA or major OEMs
