The Warehouse Personnel repairs damaged CHEP pallets weighing 50-70 lbs, using speed, accuracy, and attention to detail while ensuring safety, security, and productivity requirements are met. This quick‐paced, quota‐driven production environment offers performance‐based production incentives paid monthly. Inspect, sort, repair, and maintain warehouse pallets. Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

High School

Diploma (required). ~Previous forklift experience or certificate (preferred). ~ 28.26-29.61 per hour starting wage, with pay increases after probation. Additional pay premium based on shift. Performance‐based production incentives paid monthly.

Sunday to Thursday. Night shift (11pm‐7am). Full‐time, Permanent, Unionized (Teamsters 31).
