Our client in Brampton is looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor. They are seeking someone who has been employed as a Warehouse Supervisor with a distribution company.

Location : Brampton, Ontario. 100% On Site

Position Type : Full-time, Permanent

Vacancy Status : This is an active vacancy

Compensation : $70,000 – $75,000 per year

Shift : Days (8am – 5pm). Overtime may be required and there could be times where you may need to work outside of regular hours.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily receiving, storage, and distribution activities while ensuring timely and accurate processing of all shipments.
- Maintain solid inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and issue resolution across shipping, receiving, and inventory.
- Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff while enforcing company safety policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to keep warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and report warehouse KPIs, and help implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.




- Participate in “Train the Trainer” programs for warehouse equipment and support equipment related training needs.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operations, special projects, and serve as backup when required.

Minimum Requirements

- At least 3 years of work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor with a distribution company
- Having a valid forklift license
- Experience driving order pickers and dock stockers
- Experience managing a team of at least 20 warehouse employees
- Experience with RF Scanners
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada
