Every watch carries a story. Help us take care of it.

MEDIUM is a Calgary watch and lifestyle brand built around a simple belief: every life is a story worth wearing.

We are seeking an experienced watch service technician—or a small team sharing coverage—to provide on-site service at our CF Chinook Centre store.

The work

- Replace batteries and check watch operation.
- Size bracelets, remove links and fit replacement straps.
- Provide engraving and personalization.
- Inspect and prepare an initial batch of more than 300 MEDIUM watches, including battery replacements where needed.
- Support complimentary sizing for customers purchasing watches from MEDIUM.
- Assess additional repairs, explain service options and provide clear estimates.
- Keep accurate service records and handle every customer’s watch with care.

Who we are looking for Someone with hands-on watch servicing experience, strong attention to detail and a friendly, professional approach to customers.

You should be confident performing battery changes and bracelet adjustments independently, and know when a watch requires specialist service. Engraving experience is an asset.

Independent repair professionals, experienced retail watch technicians and semi-retired watchmakers are welcome to apply.

The opportunity An immediate paid inventory preparation project, followed by scheduled on-site coverage during our October–December holiday season. Evening and weekend availability is valuable.

We are also open to discussing a repair partnership, including a potential 50/50 share of additional repair revenue after agreed direct costs. Compensation, equipment requirements and partnership terms will be discussed based on experience and scope.
