Duties

- Lead energetic cheerleading and tumbling classes for children of various skill levels during weekend sessions
- Demonstrate proper techniques for stunts, jumps, and basic tumbling skills with clear instructions
- Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere that motivates participants to challenge themselves and enjoy the activity
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper spotting and equipment checks
- Plan engaging lesson plans that incorporate fun drills, games, and skill progression activities
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any necessary safety considerations




- Maintain a clean and organized training area, including equipment setup and breakdown

Qualifications

- Previous experience in teaching cheerleading, tumbling, gymnastics or related movement activities preferred
- Strong background in teaching or coaching children in a safe and supportive manner
- Enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate young learners
- Ability to stand, move actively, and demonstrate physical skills for extended periods during classes
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to creating a positive experience for all participants
