- Welder – Tank Fabrication Shop (Full-Time)

We’re looking for motivated welders to join our tank fabrication team.

Experience in tank work is not required — if you can weld, show up on time, and want to grow your skills in a busy fabrication shop, we’ll train you on everything you need to know.

What We’re Looking For

- Basic ability to read or learn to read fabrication drawings and weld symbols.

- Solid welding ability with FCAW or MCAW, or willingness to learn and test.

- A positive attitude toward learning new skills and working with large steel assemblies.

- Ability to work safely with shop tools such as torches, grinders, cranes, and positioners (training provided).

- Positive attention to detail and willingness to follow weld quality and inspection standards.





- Team player who can take direction and work independently once trained.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain steady production throughout the shift.

Nice to Have (but not required)

- Journeyman ticket

- Any previous welding school/training

- CWB tickets (we can help you get them)

- Fabrication or industrial shop experience

- Forklift, crane, or telehandler certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
