Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, following safety and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions smoothly and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling and math calculations
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering menu recommendations for upselling opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety




- Assist in kitchen operations by managing food prep tasks and supporting team members during busy periods

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food industry standards is a plus
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
- Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and upselling techniques
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment
