Duties

- Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to company standards, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Manage food safety and sanitation procedures to uphold health regulations and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
- Maintain proper food handling techniques during preparation, storage, and serving to ensure safety and quality.
- Assist with closing duties such as cleaning workstations, restocking supplies, and completing end-of-day reports.
- Follow all food industry guidelines for serving customers promptly while providing friendly,



energetic service.

Qualifications

- Previous food preparation or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy closing shifts.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for serving others.
- Kitchen or food industry experience that demonstrates reliability and attention to detail is highly valued.
