Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, and serving processes
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage cash handling procedures using Aloha POS systems accurately and securely
- Oversee food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to health regulations
- Assist with onboarding new team members to build a strong, capable staff
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain product quality and availability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management,



or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Experience in food industry roles like bartending, barista work, or hotel service is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
