Duties

- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold restaurant standards
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to ensure quality and safety compliance
- Manage cash handling procedures using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and security
- Supervise daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members to build a strong, capable workforce
- Enforce food safety regulations and proper kitchen procedures to maintain health standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction




- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of food supplies

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in food service or restaurant management roles
- Extensive food industry background with hands-on kitchen experience including food preparation and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated through team management, training, and conflict resolution
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff members
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and hospitality best practices
- Background in restaurant operations or hospitality environments such as hotel or barista experience is advantageous
