Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently
- Lead and motivate team members through effective supervision, training, and coaching to foster a positive work environment
- Oversee cash handling procedures using Micros POS systems and ensure accurate transaction processing at the register
- Manage food safety protocols by monitoring food handling practices, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
- Assist with interviewing and onboarding new staff to build a strong,



capable team aligned with restaurant goals
- Ensure customer service excellence by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Coordinate kitchen activities such as food prep, cooking, and plating to meet operational standards and customer expectations

Experience

- Previous supervising experience in a fast-food or restaurant setting is highly preferred
- Proven food service experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated through team management, training, or mentoring roles
- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality environments that require multitasking under pressure
- Knowledge of food industry regulations related to food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster teamwork within diverse groups

Pay: $18.25-$31.60 per hour
