Helpers and Labourers Employment Type Full-time, Permanent Education High School Diploma Assist concrete finishers and skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment to job sites Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris and setting up work areas Mix and prepare concrete, mortar, and other construction materials Dig trenches, footings, and foundations using hand tools and machinery Assist with formwork installation and removal Help with concrete pouring, spreading, and basic finishing tasks High school diploma or equivalent Physical ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions Basic understanding of construction safety practices Reliable transportation to job sites Previous construction experience is an asset but not required 26.50 per hour Employment Type Full-time, Permanent Education High School Diploma Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming Apply paint, stain,



and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces Mix paints and match colors according to specifications Apply protective and decorative coatings to concrete surfaces Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment Follow safety procedures when working with chemicals and at heights Estimate material requirements for painting projects Inspect completed work for quality and touch up as needed Maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent High school diploma or equivalent ~2+ years of painting experience preferred ~ Knowledge of paint types, application methods, and surface preparation ~ Experience with spray equipment and various painting tools ~ 22.00 per hour Employment Type Full-time, Permanent Education High School Diploma Set up and install concrete forms and reinforcement materials Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, and foundations Use hand and power tools to smooth and finish concrete surfaces Apply various concrete finishes including broom, trowel, and exposed aggregate Cut joints and apply sealers to finished concrete surfaces Repair and patch existing concrete structures Operate concrete finishing equipment including screeds, floats, and trowels Monitor concrete curing process and apply protective coverings Ensure concrete work meets quality standards and specifications High school diploma or equivalent ~2+ years of concrete finishing experience preferredKnowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques ~ Experience with concrete tools and finishing equipment ~ Physical strength to handle heavy materials and work in demanding conditions ~ Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship ~ We offer competitive wages, steady work, and opportunities for qualified growth.
