The Role

We are seeking an experienced Window Covering Designer & Sales Consultant to lead in-home consultations, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional window treatment solutions. You will work directly with homeowners, interior designers, and builders across our newly expanding service areas to bring their visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Consultation & Sales: Conduct pre-scheduled in-home design consultations, presenting clients with tailored window treatment solutions.
- Technical Measurement: Accurately measure windows and assess spaces for precise, seamless installations.
- Product Expertise: Guide clients through fabric selections and product options, actively selling premium lines including:
- Custom drapery (manufactured in-house)
- Hunter Douglas window fashions
- Maxxmar window coverings
- Alta window treatment products
- SunGlow Window Fashions
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with homeowners, designers,



and local builders.
- Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience, from initial consultation to final follow-up.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in window covering sales, interior design, or a related field.
- Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with major brands (Hunter Douglas, Maxxmar, Alta, SunGlow) and custom drapery textiles.
- Technical Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to take precise window measurements and understand basic installation parameters.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a passion for consultative selling.
- Drive: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a sales pipeline efficiently while on the road.
