- Daily Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip checks on equipment and trailers (greasing grease points, checking hydraulic fluids, lights, electric brakes, and tie-down gear).

What We Are Looking For

- Machine Experience: Minimum 1–2 seasons of proven experience operating skid steers (wheeled/tracked) specifically for commercial snow removal.
- Trailering & Towing Experience: Proven ability and comfort towing, backing up, and maneuvering light-duty commercial truck and trailer combinations on winter roads.

- Licensing & Abstract: Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License (Class 3 is an asset) with a clean driver’s abstract to satisfy commercial auto insurance requirements.
- Reliability & Transport:

Must have dependable personal transportation to get to our shop/yard north of Devon early in the morning during severe winter storms.
- Smartphone & Tech Literacy: Working smartphone with active mobile data to use the Connecteam app for site maps, time tracking, and digital FLHAs.
