MH Landscaping Group Ltd. is hiring reliable Walkway Crew Members for the upcoming winter snow season.

This position involves clearing and maintaining sidewalks, entrances and pedestrian areas at commercial properties during snow and ice events.

Compensation

MH Landscaping offers two compensation options depending on eligibility:

EI-Eligible Employees:

Employees who qualify for EI may be eligible for our company winter top-up program, providing additional weekly income between snow events while still earning their regular hourly wage when working.

Employees Not Eligible for EI:

Employment is available on a strictly hourly basis, with employees paid for all hours worked during snow and ice events.

You do not need to have worked for MH Landscaping during the summer to qualify for our winter top-up program.

Responsibilities

- Shovelling and clearing sidewalks and entrances
- Operating snow blowers and other snow-removal equipment
- Applying ice-melting products
- Completing commercial walkway routes
- Responding to snow and ice events
- Working early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts and weekends when required

Requirements
- EI eligibility required to participate in the company winter top-up program




- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and available whenever winter weather occurs
- Comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions
- Physically capable of performing snow-removal work
- Previous snow-removal or landscaping experience is an asset
