Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable wireless products and plans.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase device features, accessories, and service benefits.
- Assist customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and explaining plan options clearly and effectively.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipt issuance.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer value while maintaining a focus on their best interests.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to highlight new arrivals and promotional offers.




- Ensure excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or scheduling appointments, providing prompt and professional service.
- Explain the benefits and Sell extended warranty to maximize commissions

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on device features.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash registers (POS systems).
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining merchandise displays and inventory levels.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
- Friendly attitude with strong phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a passion for helping others.
