We are a warm, active family of four living in the West Point Grey area, with two wonderful boys, ages 9 and 12. We are looking for a full-time nanny / family assistant who would become an important and valued part of our family.

Our boys are loving, empathetic, curious and high-energy. They are also at a really fun age, they are very active, are involved in sports and activities, and are becoming increasingly independent. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being with kids and can bring a great balance of warmth, energy and structure to their lives.

Someone who will laugh and have fun with them, keep them moving, engage their curiosity, and also help reinforce the values that are important to us, kindness, good manners, responsibility and becoming valuable humans.

Both my husband and I have full and demanding careers, and our boys have busy schedules, so we are also looking for someone who enjoys helping a household stay organized and running smoothly. While the boys are at school, the role shifts more toward being a family assistant / household manager—helping us stay ahead of the everyday things that make family life work.

Depending on the day, this could include grocery shopping and meal preparation, laundry, tidying and organizing, walking our dog, keeping the kids' rooms and belongings organized, helping us prepare for sports,



camps and activities, and generally noticing the little things that need to get done around the house.

After school, the focus shifts back to the boys—picking them up, getting them to sports and activities, helping with dinner and keeping their evenings on track.

We aren't looking for someone to do everything at once! Rather, we would love to find someone who enjoys the variety that comes with being part of a busy family and takes pride in helping create a home that feels organized, happy and cared for.

Most importantly, we see this person as much more than an employee. Our nanny is a key member of our family and someone we want to feel valued, trusted and appreciated. We are hoping to find someone dependable, proactive and organized, but also warm, positive and genuinely excited to build a relationship with our boys.
