We are looking for a full time, live out nanny to care for our two children.

Start Date: March 2026. Mum is on parental leave until April. We are looking to have support starting in early March so you can get to know us and our routine before mum goes back to work.

Location: Near Fraser Street / East 33rd Avenue in East Vancouver

Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday (40 hours / week)

Pay: $25-$30 / hour

About us: Care is required for our baby (12 months old in April) and for our 6 year old (primarily after school and school holidays). Both parents work out of the home.

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation and 5 days paid sick days

Role:

- Engage children through play, reading, music, and outings.
- Support baby’s daily routine around naps, solid food introduction, etc.
- Light housekeeping (cleaning up after playtime, meals, etc)
- Pick up the older child from school (a 10 minute walk).

Requirements:

- Up-to-date vaccinations
- Non smoker
- Good communication skills in English




- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Recent transparent criminal record check
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong references from previous childcare roles, including current or most recent employment
- A genuine love for play
- We are a screen-free household and expect personal phone use be limited to necessary use only

Assets:

- Ideally someone looking for long-term employment
- Experience with babies / toddlers and school-aged children
- Familiarity with Montessori, positive parenting, and baby-led weaning.
- An understanding of child development (ECE education an asset)
- Ok with stairs
