Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Workday Consultant to join our creative team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management solutions. Your expertise will drive seamless HR and finance operations for our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their Workday investment.

Duties

- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Financials, and other related systems.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals.
- Integrate Workday with external systems using REST APIs, web services, and other middleware tools to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize system functionality and user experience.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for security setup, data management, and compliance within the Workday environment.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals to support ongoing system maintenance.
- Stay current with the latest Workday updates and industry trends related to cloud-based enterprise solutions such as AWS, Azure, VMware, Kubernetes, NoSQL databases (like MongoDB), and DevOps practices.

Qualifications





- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant or in a similar role with hands-on implementation experience across multiple modules.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure platforms including AWS and Azure; familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware ESXi is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL (including T-SQL), PL/SQL, NoSQL databases (such as MongoDB), and operating systems including Windows and Linux.
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts such as DNS, VPNs, REST APIs, Kubernetes orchestration, and containerization.
- Programming skills in JavaScript, Python, Shell Scripting (Bash), Java, and familiarity with DevOps tools like Git and Jenkins for continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server; ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture components including DNS management, operating system administration, shell scripting, and network security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language; adept at stakeholder engagement across diverse teams.
