Working Supervisor

*This position will be full time working evening supervisor

Monday-Friday 5:00pm-1:00 am. Flexibility a must.

On-Call every other weekend- emergency calls

Wage: starting at $39,728.00

Km's are paid between job sites when using own car.

*Must have own vehicle, valid driver's licence

Working Evening Supervisor:

This position will include supervisor duties and you will be a supervisor, however you will also be cleaning if needed.

This position requires traveling to various locations throughout Halifax and Dartmouth. Your daily schedule and assigned locations will be sent each afternoon, Monday through Friday, for the following day.

Travel/Mileage Reimbursement is provided for eligible travel between assigned job locations.

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Ability to Supervise: 1 to 5 people

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support cleaning staff and ensure scheduled shifts are completed.
- Provide shift coverage when needed due to absences or staffing shortages.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain cleaning quality standards.
- Train employees and address performance or attendance issues.
- Assist with scheduling, staff coverage, and daily operations.
- Monitor supplies and equipment and coordinate replenishment when needed.




- Communicate with clients regarding cleaning requests and concerns.
- Ensure employees follow safety, WHMIS, and company procedures.
- Review timesheets and report operational issues to management.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
