We are seeking an energetic and inspiring Worship Leader to guide our congregation in heartfelt praise and worship experiences. This vital role involves leading musical worship, fostering a welcoming workplace, and encouraging active participation from all attendees.

The Worship

Leader will cultivate a spirit of community, faith, and joy through music, prayer, and spiritual engagement. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence lives positively and nurture spiritual growth within our vibrant community.

Duties

- Lead engaging worship sessions that inspire and uplift the congregation through music and prayer.
- Collaborate with musicians, vocalists, and technical teams to ensure seamless worship experiences.
- Develop and rehearse set lists that align with the church’s themes and seasonal celebrations.
- Foster an inclusive environment that welcomes individuals of all ages, including children, to participate actively.
- Coordinate with pastoral staff to plan special services, events, and outreach programs centered around worship.
- Encourage participation from congregation members by teaching new songs or musical elements as needed.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that promotes spiritual connection,



community bonding, and joyful expression of faith.

Experience

- Proven experience leading worship in a church or faith-based setting with a passion for inspiring others through music.
- Experience working with children or youth groups to create engaging worship activities suitable for all ages.
- Background in teaching or mentoring others in musical or spiritual practices is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration among diverse groups.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas, instructions, and spiritual messages effectively.
- Familiarity with various musical styles and the ability to adapt to different worship formats is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospice care or similar compassionate environments is a plus, demonstrating empathy and sensitivity.
