About the role: We run a gaming YouTube channel built on storytelling. We are looking for someone we can trust to own the content pipeline end to end: finding and managing freelance video editors, coordinating production against premade sponsor contracts (revenue-split model), and making sure everything meets our quality bar before it goes live on the channel.

What you will do

- Source, vet, and manage freelance video editors - Coordinate production schedules against sponsor contracts and deadlines - Review every video for quality before publishing — pacing, storytelling, editing, sound, brand fit - Act as the point of contact between editors, sponsors, and the channel - Keep the content pipeline organized and on schedule What we are looking for:

- Experience with YouTube content production,



ideally in gaming - A strong eye for quality — you know good pacing and storytelling when you see it - Highly organized, reliable, and a clear communicator — this is a trust role - Comfortable managing freelancers and giving direct, constructive feedback - Familiarity with sponsor / brand-deal workflows is a plus - Portfolio or links to channels / videos you have coordinated, managed, or produced Schedule: Flexible hours (exact schedule to be discussed)

Pay: $32.00 per hour
