Key Responsibilities:

- Approve and process high-volume vendor invoices diligently
- Maintain vendor master data and banking details
- Prevent fraud through verification of vendor banking details




- Ensure tax compliance with provincial self-assessments
- Monitor uncashed cheques and process payments accordingly

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for vendor inquiries
