Seeking a mature, confident nanny for my 3-year-old son. The role is strictly 1-on-1 active play in his room with zero cooking, cleaning, or driving required. Must be experienced in enforcing healthy, calm boundaries (stopping toy throwing, maintaining structure, and keeping the space organized) without needing parental oversight.
