Responsibilities

- Take accurate orders from guests for food and drinks, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, following all safety and quality standards
- Provide attentive table service by delivering food promptly, checking on guest satisfaction, and addressing any needs or concerns
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions quickly and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards




- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service

Skills

- Previous restaurant experience with knowledge of food handling, serving, and bartending techniques
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and payment processing
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices in food service environments
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining professionalism
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable to excel in this role

Pay: $17.95 per hour
