Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled independent contractor with a business number and HST number for a Senior Privacy Analyst to begin a 3 year contract (hybrid/remote) immediately. The candidate must have 4 years of experience administering and interpreting the Access to Information and/or Privacy Act, Access to Information and/or Privacy regulations.. This role involves processing large and complex files, overseeing privacy compliance, managing data privacy projects, and analyzing sensitive data to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess solid analytical skills, expertise in data management tools, and experience with project management methodologies.

Requirements

- A minimum of four (4) years of experience within the last seeven (7) years administering and interpreting the Access to Information and/or Privacy Act,



Access to Information and/or Privacy regulations and TBS Policies and Directives.
- A minimum of four (4) years processing complex and voluminous requests under the Access to Information and/or Privacy Act.
- Experience liaising with the Office of the Information Commissioner in the resolution of formal complaints, including orders from the Information Commissioner.

Pay: $42.00-$48.00 per hour
