Join our team as a Shunt Driver, responsible for weighing trailers, changing them safely, and monitoring bird health in our facility. This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail in all weather conditions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a valid AZ driver’s license and three years of related experience. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the health of live birds, washing trucks, and performing yard maintenance. You must also document HACCP records and communicate effectively with management to maintain animal welfare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Weigh live trailers before and after production
- Change trailers in a safe and timely manner
- Monitor health of live birds consistently
- Keep trailers organized within the yard
- Document HACCP monitoring records accurately

Requirements:

- Valid AZ driver’s license with clean CVOR
- Minimum three years of similar AZ driving experience
- GMP and HACCP training required
- Knowledge of BRC and FSEP/HACCP an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
