The Sandwich Maker role involves both day and night shifts to prepare sandwiches and specialty items for the bagged lunch program. You will collaborate with Culinary leads to ensure well-prepared and visually appealing products. Emphasizing team support and client satisfaction is essential in this high-volume food service setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare sandwiches following standard recipes and menus
- Rotate food products to minimize waste
- Monitor daily sandwich setups and inventory levels
- Maintain a clean workspace per hygiene standards
- Inspect cold food for presentation quality

Requirements:

- Experience in large-scale cooking environments
- Previous sandwich maker experience preferred
- Food Protected certification preferred
- Ability to commit to 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
- Valid photo ID for travel to site
