Join Kinark Child and Family Services as a Scheduling Coordinator for Autism Services. This full-time role in scheduling Instructor Therapists involves effective planning and coordination of staff across multiple programs and locations.

As you report to the Program Manager – Autism, you will oversee schedules for both full-time and part-time Instructor Therapists in various ABA programs. Responsibilities include managing short notice absences, responding to time-off requests, and inputting client appointment data.

Your organizational skills will ensure a smooth operation across our center-based, home-based, and virtual services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule staff based on availability and client needs
- Respond to short notice absence calls promptly




- Coordinate schedules across various operations
- Enter client appointment data accurately
- Assist in managing vacant positions and training cycles

Requirements:

- Related post-secondary education required
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel needed
- Experience with Kronos and Peoplesoft is an asset
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
