CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures seeks a First Cook to lead lunch service for in-lodge guests and field meals. The role supports culinary staff across the ski season in a remote BC lodge setting, with a split 11-hour day schedule and two weeks on, one week off.
Accommodation is provided on shift, at no extra cost.
You will plan menus, manage stock, and ensure high-quality meals while meeting dietary needs and maintaining standards in a luxury hospitality setting.
