We provide training and resources to help the right candidates develop the skills needed to succeed.Principal duties and responsibilities
Client consultations - Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.Sales presentations - Educate clients on available insurance and benefits solutions.Relationship management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Follow-up - Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing clients.Product knowledge - Learn and stay current on available products, services,



and industry requirements.Goal management - Work independently toward individual sales and performance goals.Licensing - Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.Preferred skills

This is a commission-only sales position with average first-year earnings of $65,000+ and uncapped earning potential based on performance. Training and professional development are provided.
