We’re growing and looking for an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team.This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful infrastructure projects while working with an experienced, hands-on team where your contribution is noticed and valued.The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of civil construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll work closely with Superintendents, Project Coordinators, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects safe, on schedule and financially successful.Your responsibilities will include:Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts and invoicingPlan construction methodology, sequencing and resource requirementsManage contracts, RFIs, change events and change ordersCoordinate Superintendents, project staff, subcontractors and suppliersMonitor project costs, productivity, quality and schedule performanceMaintain strong communication with owners, consultants and stakeholdersIdentify project risks and resolve issues proactivelyLead project meetings and ensure action items are completedSupport estimating, quantity take-offs and tender preparation as requiredEnsure contractual, safety and quality requirements are metWhat We're Looking For




5+ years of civil construction project management experience preferredStrong understanding of civil construction methods, costs and contractsProven ability to manage budgets, schedules and multiple prioritiesStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with field operations and taking ownership of project resultsExperience with Procore and Microsoft 365/Project is an assetCollege diploma, university degree or equivalent industry experienceC.E.T., P.Eng. or PMP designation is an assetValid driver’s licence and ability to travel to project sitesWhat We Offer
