The Accounting Manager oversees and performs period-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, fluctuation analysis, and related reporting, while partnering with Business Units and stakeholders across North America and Canada. The role provides oversight and support to the Virtual Team by reviewing work, managing escalations, analyzing exceptions, and driving timely resolution of outstanding items. It also supports SOX compliance, internal and external audit requests, and continuous improvement of controls and accounting processes. Beyond core operations, the Accounting Manager will help advance ARC's transformation by leveraging technology, analytics, automation, and AI to modernize processes, improve reporting, and strengthen the integrity of general ledger information. While the primary scope is Trade Vendors COGS & AP, the role may also support broader accounting, reporting, control, or transformation initiatives across McKesson.Key Responsibilities

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or related field requiredMinimum Requirements 7+ years of accounting experience Certified Public Accountant preferredCritical Skills

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
