Dilawri Group is now actively searching for aNew CarSales Managerto join the team atMarkham Honda.Pay Rate:
$120,000 to $160,000 annual, this is inclusive of base and bonus potential.
Responsibilities:Supervise,



direct and lead all aspects of theDealership Sales DepartmentMaintain a high customer satisfaction percentagerating at all timesWork with the Service Manager to ensure quickpreparation of new vehicles for deliveryConduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan,modify and review all current issues and programsKeep updated on all manufacturer and financialinstitutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that allstaff understand factory programsPromote ongoing training, including daily andweekly sales team meetingsEnsure that all required provincial licensing andregulatory requirements are followed
Qualifications:Strong leadership abilitiesEffective negotiation skills, with the ability tomake sound decisionsExperience in auto sales preferredTwo (2) years of management experienceValid OMVIC License preferred
