- Lead complex valuation assignments for property acquisitions - Develop and improve valuation methodologies and procedures - Oversee appraisal assignments and external service provider performance - Critically assess and review appraisal reports and analyses - Provide valuation advice during negotiations and settlement processes
Requirements: - Bachelor’s in business, real estate, or related field - 8+ years in real property valuation or appraisal review - Member of Appraisal Institute of Canada or equivalent - Robust knowledge of Québec real estate markets - Bilingual proficiency in French and English
